CVT Recall We've had the Honda for over a year and had to take it in only twice before. Tire fix. The service people were very courteous. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I wandered around the front looking at the new SUVs and Accords. During this time, NOT ONE SALES PERSON came over to see if I needed any help and there were several just standing around talking. Even though I was there for service, that didn't mean that I might not be interested in buying a new vehicle as mine is now 7 years old but they just didn't seem to care. Sales would definitely get a POOR rating. More

Speedy Oil Change I came in with my Pilot for an oil change (at 23,800 miles) and Rosa told me that since I was first in line it would only take about an hour.
