Gunn Honda - Service Center

Outstanding service from Forest Smith/John Reyes Forest was my service manager and John was the service technician. When I arrived I was quoted, and approved, a price of about $370.00 for the routine Forest was my service manager and John was the service technician. When I arrived I was quoted, and approved, a price of about $370.00 for the routine maintenance. When service was complete, the bill was only $175.00. I was a bit surprised. Forest explained that John had noted that the parts to be replaced were actually replaced at the last service visit and didn't need to be replaced at this time. They could have just replaced them, or even just charge me without replacing them, as I had approved the quote. This level of honesty is refreshing. More

Every employee I encounter there consistently has a cheerful, professional attitude and is a joy to interact with. And I really have to give xxxxxxto Donny here, who just seems to be so positive and happy to be working. The waiting area is also *the best* that I have ever come across and is usually stocked with coffee and donuts (Krispy Kreme). There are also a 'business' area that provides a wall outlet and dividers so I've been able to program in relative peace while waiting for work to complete on my car. More
