I was worked in for what I was thought was as a broken engine splash guard and luckily it wasn’t broken but missing a lot of bolts/clips! Thank you Adam and crew! I can’t think of an instant that I have been unsatisfied with the service had GUNN HONDA. I’m just in every day guy who’s had some critical professional analytical job so at this point, I don’t take things with the service had GUNN HONDA. I’ve had several service managers, some good some awesome. Right now.Chanti Vong is my latest service manager. Have to go to GUNN for my vehicles for over 20 years. She is sincerely a friendly courteous, personable and no less professional service manager, and it’s evident she enjoys what she does. Recently took him my 2020 CRV for its first time schedule maintenance. She addressed all my concerns and through my appointment took care of me efficiently and accurately. I know there’s options out there to pay less for this type of required service. But I choose to drive the 10 miles to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle to continue to receive the level of customer service that I know personally and have been responsible other professions. Final words, it would be a blessing if she could be cloned, but I know it’s not right so good job. Kudos to Chanti and her Technician who took care of my vehicle and ensured my family safety. More
