I bought my car at Gunn Honda and it was the most pleasurable experience. I had my car services twice. 2 oil changes, tire inspection /rotation and basic inspection. The representatives are courteous and very professional. They leave you a message where you can reach them if you need to contact them or have questions. You get a call when you car is ready and they provide all the feedback on what was done and any items that will or may need attention. You can find vehicle service in a lot of places but attention to the details aren't always up to expectations. Gunn Honda service provides that attention to detail. More

Had roof rails installed on 2016 vehicle. CONs on this visit: Service was super busy on my day and waited a awhile to be seen have my vehicle taken in (had an appointment and showed up early). It was about two hours and my vehicle still had not been started. Over all it was about 4 hours+ from time arriving at dealership to leaving. PROs: My service agent was good about informing of progress and details to the delay. Provided service car to use in the interim while I waited which allowed to do other things while I waited. When setting up the appointment they gave an estimated time of how long it would be so the longer wait time was not unexpected and I was able to be prepared for it. It may have been this day (as they were out a # of personnel) but overall it was a great experience. The service reps really made this experience great given the circumstances.
