You are a bunch of crooks, and you know it. We were quoted almost $4k for a repair after bumping a curb. We took it to TWO other shops, both who quoted us around $400 total. Rating is what it is because I wasn’t able to have my vehicle serviced. I scheduled my appointment and dropped it off. And made sure to let the service coordinator that if the was going to be kept for mo vehicle serviced. I scheduled my appointment and dropped it off. And made sure to let the service coordinator that if the was going to be kept for more than a couple days I would need a courtesy vehicle. The car wasn’t even looked at (diagnosed) within the first couple days. When I called to explain the situation again, I was left no other option than to pick up my vehicle as I had to have transportation to/from work. The repeated request for a courtesy vehicle was denied and it was suggested I rent a car. I simply require a dealership that is more accommodating with a courtesy vehicle and it doesn’t seem like that is an option at the Gurnee VW. That being said, the service coordinator at drop off was very pleasant!! More

Worst experience ever drove the car 3 times since I bought it kept having miss fires and the hyandai dealer said the engine was no good now they have to put a new engine and wanted to return it two wee bought it kept having miss fires and the hyandai dealer said the engine was no good now they have to put a new engine and wanted to return it two weeks ago and the finance man said no so I am filing a complaint with the bbb and called channel 2 and 5 news to investigate and the car also had a 346 day old recall for the cylinder noise detection system and I thought you guys were selling certified cars and that’s a lie More
