They wouldn’t let us simply buy the car for the full price listed !!! all we wanted to do was buy the car!!!!!! I needed a key programmed for my Jetta. Staff was friendly but it was kind of unclear who to talk to or who would help me. When I entered five or six folks were standing around chatting.
