Don’t expect to have a relationship with anyone in the store. New staff every 3 months. Chris, the GM is extremely condescending, and actually tried to justify selling us a new car for $4,000 over MSRP, a store. New staff every 3 months. Chris, the GM is extremely condescending, and actually tried to justify selling us a new car for $4,000 over MSRP, and $2,000 in adds we didn’t want. Needless to say, we bought our Passat elsewhere.
