Overall, it was a good experience. They made it quick because it was very late and I had my two youngest children with me. Yunior told me they would return my rental, which I found out had to be picked u because it was very late and I had my two youngest children with me. I went in for a white used car and instead they convinced me to buy a new blue one. I was told that a couple of the apps and services for the car were free but when I got home and read through the paperwork, they charged me for things I wasn’t even asked about. Made me go $200 over what I told them I wanted to spend monthly. Again, it was late and overall, it was a good experience. Made it very quick and easy to car shop. More

I have been waiting for a call back from Greg since 12/23 regarding a new tire. I was told I would be contacted by end of business 12/23. I received no contact. Terrible experience buying a used vehicle. I understand that with all that is going on right now there is going to be delays but service department takes forever to get things done. Had to wait one week fo that with all that is going on right now there is going to be delays but service department takes forever to get things done. Had to wait one week for a engine diagnosis. Once I purchased a used car. After inspection of that vehicle they need to replace the shocks and again it took a little over another week to get that done. For some reason when I went to pick up the car to take home, it broke down at the dealership and I had to wait another three weeks to get some module replaced. Yeah so I went a whole month without a vehicle but It's cool though cause they put as gas as they could in my vehicle which half a tank More
