Overall, it was a good experience. They made it quick because it was very late and I had my two youngest children with me. I was told that a couple of the apps and services for the car were free but when I got home and read through the paperwork, they charged me for things I wasn’t even asked about. Made me go $200 over what I told them I wanted to spend monthly. Again, it was late and overall, it was a good experience. Made it very quick and easy to car shop. More

Terrible experience buying a used vehicle. I understand that with all that is going on right now there is going to be delays but service department takes forever to get things done. Once I purchased a used car. After inspection of that vehicle they need to replace the shocks and again it took a little over another week to get that done. For some reason when I went to pick up the car to take home, it broke down at the dealership and I had to wait another three weeks to get some module replaced. Yeah so I went a whole month without a vehicle but It's cool though cause they put as gas as they could in my vehicle which half a tank More
