Trying to find the right car these days is tough but thankfully Gurnee VW had the Tiguan we were looking for. Almost better than finding the right car was being able to work with Ron Monaco. Ron was one of the easiest and most genuine car salesmen I have ever dealt with and never once felt like he was ever trying to sell me something. Ron was incredibly attentive and his communication both on the phone and in person was fantastic. The entire time I felt that Ron had my back as the buyer by getting me exactly what I was looking for on my trade in and not trying to upsell me on add-ons he knew I didn't need.
