The service center is the only halfway decent thing about this dealership. We waited for the car to be done and house music was playing loudly in the showroom. Gave us a different car than the car we negotiated on, and when I brought the car back the following day to correct their mistake, they increased the price and said this is the only price you get the othe and when I brought the car back the following day to correct their mistake, they increased the price and said this is the only price you get the other car for - take it or leave it. Horrible experience and left us in a pressured situation in which we already got rid of our old car so we essentially had to take the new deal and eat the added cost. This is a prime example of why people are flocking to a company like Tesla with their premium vehicles and no-bs sales tactics. More
