This young man went above and beyond like I have never seen before and I was a former sales manager. William took charge of my what I was looking for and drove to the lot himself to find what I needed since the online pictures were cut off and the description did not define power seats which was a must on my list. He made my husband and I feel comfortable with our purchase and follow up with us all the way through financing (Shary thank you For the wonderful service) and Insurance keeping his contagious smile & pleasant attitude. Overall Everyone was great here but William Santiago & the detail guy Eluid put the icing on the cake. I am already recommending my friends & family to look Hgreg up for their next purchase. Waste of Time Prices advertised below KBB, but when you tack on the nearly $1300 dealer fee it's at or above KBB. Spent 4 hours purchasing a car. Salesperson was gr Prices advertised below KBB, but when you tack on the nearly $1300 dealer fee it's at or above KBB. Spent 4 hours purchasing a car. Salesperson was great. However, the rest of the company dropped the ball. Kept being passed around, and each department didn't seem to communicate with each other. Drove a mile off the lot and the check engine light turned on. Turned around, but they said there was nothing they could do that day since the service department was closed. Suggested I take it home and bring it back the next day or take it to an Autozone to have a code reader put on it. Basically didn't want to take the responsibility for it. So I returned it on the spot. Then they had the nerve to email me the next day to thank me for my "purchase" and asked for me to review them on various platforms. Well, here's the review, though I doubt it's what they were hoping for. More

The buying process was longer than anticipated but I devoted the day for this task so it really didn't matter to me. Buyer Beware and verify prior to Purchase / Signing! Salesman and management were very pleasant talking to but overall customer service failed and seemed not to care one way or the other. Very Loud obnoxious music (to us the customers) / Poor Customer Service! Being an ex certified Mechanic for over 25 years, I told them what I believed was wrong with the car and they nicely replace the 2 rear tires! Miscommunication or what? Did not call me, but I called in the evening and salesman said YES! it was fixed! Drove back for a 2nd time to Orlando wasted another half day and found vehicle still had same bearing noise. But I was prepared to go ahead money in hand and waited for a few minutes as I was told it would be... HA! HA! and after 30-45 minutes decided to take my money elsewhere. My brother who is also a Mechanic was with me had asked to turn music down or change it twice. 1st time refused 2nd time salesman said he would take care of it and just disappeared. So we left without anything but 2 days of lost life and headaches!!! They refused any negotiation even after wasting our time coming in for the 2nd time..I had asked for a second key or a place to take the vehicle near me to repair the noise! But Hey Hellgreg Keep your cars...Sorry I am old school and expect service with a smile and customer is always right even if I am...Complaints to be heard and listened to.. Not everyone wants to hear rapp crapp noise while trying to conduct a purchase. Perhaps they were not making enough money on a cash sale?? I guess they want to get all their financing / and other Junk fees included?? More

Scammers who don't return checks to your bank My husband and I looked online and picked out a vehicle. We had been pre approved through our bank and had everything ready to go, they already got th My husband and I looked online and picked out a vehicle. We had been pre approved through our bank and had everything ready to go, they already got their check. When we showed up and test drove it, there was no a/c. There was also rust on the under carriage and also inside the vehicle. Obviously we were no longer interested since I'm not paying 20k for a lemon. Now they are refusing to send the voided check back to our bank. The manager just puts you in hold then the line is disconnected. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS I'm not going to let it bother me to much because at this point we're just preparing to press charges More
