Buyer Beware and verify prior to Purchase / Signing! Salesman and management were very pleasant talking to but overall customer service failed and seemed not to care one way or the other. Being an ex certified Mechanic for over 25 years, I told them what I believed was wrong with the car and they nicely replace the 2 rear tires! Miscommunication or what? Did not call me, but I called in the evening and salesman said YES! it was fixed! Drove back for a 2nd time to Orlando wasted another half day and found vehicle still had same bearing noise. But I was prepared to go ahead money in hand and waited for a few minutes as I was told it would be... HA! HA! and after 30-45 minutes decided to take my money elsewhere. My brother who is also a Mechanic was with me had asked to turn music down or change it twice. 1st time refused 2nd time salesman said he would take care of it and just disappeared. So we left without anything but 2 days of lost life and headaches!!! They refused any negotiation even after wasting our time coming in for the 2nd time..I had asked for a second key or a place to take the vehicle near me to repair the noise! But Hey Hellgreg Keep your cars...Sorry I am old school and expect service with a smile and customer is always right even if I am...Complaints to be heard and listened to.. Not everyone wants to hear rapp crapp noise while trying to conduct a purchase. Perhaps they were not making enough money on a cash sale?? There was also rust on the under carriage and also inside the vehicle. Obviously we were no longer interested since I'm not paying 20k for a lemon. Now they are refusing to send the voided check back to our bank. The manager just puts you in hold then the line is disconnected. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS I'm not going to let it bother me to much because at this point we're just preparing to press charges More

Thieves Wow what a terrible dealership! From the moment you walk in all they do is push this “great” way of doing business with no commission and upfront pric Wow what a terrible dealership! Plus plan on being there the whole day even though they really weren’t that busy (lots of people just standing around) and then you get to the financing! 16 times they ran my credit! 3 of those times were the same bank! And then it took over a month to pay off my vehicles. Oh and they tacked on some luxcare treatment for over a thousand dollars that wasn’t actually done! If you have to buy here (I wouldn’t) get your own financing! They got me 9% interest rate with a 650 score. That means they raised my rate from what the bank gave me and kept the difference. Do Not Trust I did a lot of research online about the car I wanted and ended up at HGregg in Orlando by MCO because they had two out of the three that I wanted. I made an appointment online and made sure that both options were still available. I thought this would help speed the process up, but it seems that the reservation system is just a front to make you feel important. It didn't matter if you had one or not and they did not have on file the two cars I requested to drive. Once I was given an agent I had to start fresh with him. While my agent was nice, he was very disorganized and distracted. I spent a lot of time starring at him while he was trying to get everything sorted. I finally was able to test drive, and the car I choose had the check light on. He said that it was just for the tires and that he would have them clear it before we drove off. HE DID NOT. I ended up having to come back a week later and wait to have it looked at. The finance department was not better. Not only did they say they were setting up all of my automatic payment but they forgot to give me half of the paperwork. I ended up missing my first payment! So disappointed with this place. Now I need to figure out how to get the HGregg.com off of my car because I WILL not advertise for them. STAY AWAY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
