Plus plan on being there the whole day even though they really weren’t that busy (lots of people just standing around) and then you get to the financing! 16 times they ran my credit! 3 of those times were the same bank! And then it took over a month to pay off my vehicles. Oh and they tacked on some luxcare treatment for over a thousand dollars that wasn’t actually done! If you have to buy here (I wouldn’t) get your own financing! They got me 9% interest rate with a 650 score. That means they raised my rate from what the bank gave me and kept the difference. Do Not Trust I did a lot of research online about the car I wanted and ended up at HGregg in Orlando by MCO because they had two out of the three that I wanted. I did a lot of research online about the car I wanted and ended up at HGregg in Orlando by MCO because they had two out of the three that I wanted. I made an appointment online and made sure that both options were still available. I thought this would help speed the process up, but it seems that the reservation system is just a front to make you feel important. It didn't matter if you had one or not and they did not have on file the two cars I requested to drive. Once I was given an agent I had to start fresh with him. While my agent was nice, he was very disorganized and distracted. I spent a lot of time starring at him while he was trying to get everything sorted. I finally was able to test drive, and the car I choose had the check light on. He said that it was just for the tires and that he would have them clear it before we drove off. HE DID NOT. I ended up having to come back a week later and wait to have it looked at. The finance department was not better. Not only did they say they were setting up all of my automatic payment but they forgot to give me half of the paperwork. I ended up missing my first payment! So disappointed with this place. Now I need to figure out how to get the HGregg.com off of my car because I WILL not advertise for them. STAY AWAY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

Don’t trust this dealership I purchased a used 09 c63 and it has problems this dealership want fix. Was there for 9:00am appointment on a Saturday and did not get out of the deal I purchased a used 09 c63 and it has problems this dealership want fix. Was there for 9:00am appointment on a Saturday and did not get out of the dealership until after 2:00 pm. They only fixed part of one problem that was on my list. Told me they had to order parts just to get out of fixing the problem. At this point I want recommend HGreg to no one. They lie bad and will take their customers as been too stupid not to know the games they play. I should start a petition for public awareness of HGreg.com dealerships and plus call local news stations to televise my situation. PS: My opinion run from them don’t even try to walk. More
Would recommend this place to any and everyone! I went in to look for a second car and was greeted at the front. Right away we were paired with a sales rep. We were assisted by Marcos Gomez who was extremely helpful and patient with helping us find the right car. My boyfriend was a first time buyer and Marcos made the experience fun and smooth. The prices are unbeatable as well. If you are in the market for a car check out Marcos he is the sales person i`d go with he will make the experience fun and make sure you get exactly what you want for the best rates. He did such a great job that I am going to be coming back in to trade my car and get another through him. All in all I will be back in the future to purchase from HGreg and do any trades its your one stop shop and it was one of the best experiences so for your next ride stop in and ask for Marcos Gomez. :) More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our experience at HGreg was horrible. First and foremost I must admit that our sales person Tony Patrizzio was FANTASTIC! If it wasn’t for Tony we wou Our experience at HGreg was horrible. First and foremost I must admit that our sales person Tony Patrizzio was FANTASTIC! If it wasn’t for Tony we would have walked. To get right to the point, no matter how much of a deal you think you’re getting at this place, they have a hefty dealer fee of nearly $1,000 and they try to sneak in as much stuff into the financing as they can, so be vigilant! Long story short, this is what happened. My wife is very analytical and therefore tends to ask many questions and certainly doesn’t rush into anything without first reading and analyzing, especially if she feels insecure. With that said, after waiting hours to see a fiancé officer we were treated quite badly. Alex, the guy who assisted us with the financing was a real jerk to say the least; he was impatient, condescending and rude! When my wife started asking questions about the financing, the guy basically gave her only short and crude and sarcastic answers as he aggressively pretended to click on his mouse while staring at his computer screen. As time went on, he started aggressively arranging our documents on his desk as if trying to let us know that he was tiered and fed up. To be honest, we weren’t happy with the experience; especially my wife, since she was the one purchasing the vehicle. We did get to speak with one of the managers (Vincent) , but my wife was so worked up, that even thought he gave us a little bit more for our trade in order to help mitigate the situation, she remained quite disgusted and angry. To be honest, the only reason why I didn’t snap at the guy was because our little boy was in the room with us. After formally leaving a complaint about our experience, we were told that the store manger would be contacting us to help resolve the issue; however, we never heard back from anyone! Our sales man assured us tha **STAY FAR AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I should had listened to the reviews** My husband and I bought a car here. Our sales man assured us that the cars had been all inspected and 100% guarantee not operational problems (HA!). The day we bought it, there were a few problems, so our sales guy put an "I owe you" to fix the items. 2 days after we had the car, the LOCKS did not work - the car will not lock. Also, the tire had a preexisting hole in it, so we had to pay to fix it immediately. (MONEY - Thankfully I called enough & reminded enough and they reimbursed) Since they have a 3 day warranty, I called to report the problems. I called over 5 times - I got hung up on twice. By the 5th call, I got a manager on the phone who agreed to add the locking problem to the "I owe you list." Let me be clear - the manager is SO NICE and seems to be trying to help...but there is some sort of disconnect. At this point, I was just happy they were working on it....WOW, was I wrong. We went in for our appointment and left our car there the entire day. They never called us once to let us know if the car was complete, plus they never answered the phone. We drove over in a rental (MORE MONEY we had to spend). They said the car was done. We went out to see the car - literally NOTHING was fixed. I had to go back in the store, and the manager walked over with us to inspect the car and saw nothing was done. He assured us he would make sure it went smoothly at our next visit. We went in a second time to get the car fixed - they didnt have the correct part. They didnt call to let us know - so we wasted time. We came for a THIRD visit, they couldn't figure it out. My husband went for the FOURTH appointment, and we left the car there, and then they called and said they couldnt figure out the problem and we would need to come back. THIS IS CRAZY. I have been to Hgreg over 5 times, I have called so many times (sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't, and some people will hang up on you). Worst part is I have had a non-locking car for 2 months now. I am beyond frustrated. I have no idea what is going on. And I will tell everyone to AVOID this place at ALL COSTS. More
