Slow.. mediocrity would be an improvement I bought my vehicle here and with some reluctance due to having brought a previous car for service here, was told of a warranty on my vehicle if I had I bought my vehicle here and with some reluctance due to having brought a previous car for service here, was told of a warranty on my vehicle if I had the maintenance performed at Haasz. Well, it is only an oil change, I thought. My prior experience does taint my opinion. At that time, a relatively simple task was turned into a major expense filled with an estimate of unnecessary repairs. Clearly I did not allow the work. Watch what you pre-approve when they ask for permission to do the work at the initial estimate. What I found at that time was the $500 I authorized for repair was used up with a diagnostic. Yes! ...But I digress,....back to "only an oil change". Two hours later, my car was done! HahaHaasz. Yes again! So much for trying to earn my business. They more or less kidnapped it. Well, the oil change did get done at least. I made sure to check the car after however. The cost was a bit more than most, but I am under warranty, and those programs are even more absurd, so 1 star compared to the half star value those provide. I will go back for the next scheduled oil change. I will bring plenty to do! I hope I don't actually ever have to use this warranty however. My experience with anything much more complex than maintenance leads to quite questionable results. I really wish there was something good to say about this service dept! Um, they provide a relatively pleasant waiting area! (Get comfortable) More
