SERVICE ABOVE and BEYOND I took our vehicle in for an oil change on 5-10-2017, at that time it was determined that the vehicle needed a exhaust manifold replaced. I was talking to one of the service helpers, Bill Plumley, (sorry I don't know his exact title), and we realized that we are neighbors by a few blocks! I told him how hard it was for me to bring the truck out here for 5-6 hrs. My husband is a 32 yr Retired Marine Veteran that is legally blind and does not drive, so we only have one vehicle. Bill offered to come and pick up the truck on his way to work and have the work done and then drive it back home while we were out of state. He came the night before to meet my husband, he was VERY IMPRESSED with Bill's character as a MAN! When we returned home, the truck was safely "tucked" back inside the garage, with the service paper and a hand written note that Kim Rafferty and he had made sure the truck was "HAND WASHED" WOW, talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND Exceptional Service!!! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at HAASZ! More
