I recently went into Hassz and Mike introduced himself to me. I told Mike exactly what I wanted to do and didn't expect much as far as getting approved. I wasn't expecting much but mike and the finance dept found a way to get me into a dart sxt rallye, it is a beautiful car and was the car I wanted when I walked in. I had to stop back in to finish up the deal and I was about a half of an hr early and mike was in the middle of lunch, I offered to come back in but he put his lunch to the side and took care of me, if that's not customer care then I don't know what is. We had a 2005 grand caravan that the motor blew up so we came in to see Brian busa .he checked with our extended warranty company to see if was covered and gave us a rental car to drive. Come to find out af came in to see Brian busa .he checked with our extended warranty company to see if was covered and gave us a rental car to drive. Come to find out after checking it out we were not covered. He let us drive the rental till we got everything figured out and get a loan secured to purchase a new van , which is where ronnell came in . Brian said he would get us a good salesman to help us find a new van and he brought us ronnell and he did everything he could to find us a new van at a good deal, he found one like we wanted in Columbus and told us they would get it brought to the dealership. We are supposed to pick it up today. They went out of their way to help make a bad situation as good as it could be. More
