These Honda folks, in all departments, gave me the feeling that they wanted to help me vs merely sell me a vehicle or get me out of their hair with some warranty repair or a simple oil change. No hard sell, no overbearing "smothering" by any salesperson, and no b.s. If they didn't know the answer to a question I had, they would find someone who did. I now own two Honda's, an SUV and a mini-van. I bought both at Hagerstown Honda and this evaluation is based on my experiences with both Sales and Service Departments since my first purchase in 2008 and my latest in 2010. I have purchased two new vehicles from Hagerstown Honda and have always been pleased with the customer service in the dealership. The salesmen are always very helpful and i've never had an issue with them and have always been pleased with the customer service in the dealership. The salesmen are always very helpful and i've never had an issue with them being pushy. I have never gone in with the intent to buy on the first visit...and they don't pressure you to do that. They will sit down with you and explain your options, help you pick out what you do and do not like and do what they can to get you in the car you want at the right price. The sales person I dealt with, Ciro, was very helpful and made the whole experience very smooth. Once I finally decided on the car to get, now came the finance part...of course I was dreading that, i know it's always a long process and just something you'd rather bypass so you can go out and drive your new car. However Matt in the finance office made the process very quick and easy. He is obviously very familiar with everything and he made sure I understood all the paperwork i was signing and was satisified with all the numbers. I would definitely recommend Hagerstown Honda to everyone I know, as all of my family members and many of my friends have purchased vehicles here as well. I've only purchased a Honda from one other Honda dealership and that was the worst car buying experience I've ever had...I'll never go anywhere else! More

So I'm leasing a car for the first time. They dropped my lease rate lower than we every thought they would so I could afford the lease deal. Then the night I went to pick up my car and sign the papers, a metting I was in ran long so I couldn't get there until after they were closed. Ray and Matt both stayed after hours to get all of my paper work signed and the keys in my hand. Ray even took time to give me the tour of my new car as well, with no rush with the questions I had. These guys are great! I enjoyed working with them and would recomend Hagerstown Honda to all of my friends. More

I bought a used 2003 Chevy S10. I am pleased with the truck and think it was a good buy for the price. Although I do not recommend using the bank they recommended for financing..
