We purchased Honda Care when we bought our two CRV-s new in 2018.They refused to honor it after having done it in the past. Contacted other dealerships as well as Honda Care and was told this dealership is notorious for this. Honda Care is a national program.

We have been buying and servicing our Honda's at Hagerstown Honda since 1994, and have never had a bad experience with either sales or service. Great people, great deals and "no hassle" service. "Grossly overcharges for parts"

Recently had my 2005 Honda Element serviced at this dealership. I have taken this vehicle in for service to this dealership since the vehicle was new. Had an oil change and coolant replacement completed. I thought the price was high on the coolant replacement, but for lack of time, I let them do the job. For the current mileage of the vehicle, one of the things they said it needed was a spark plug change. I was quoted a price of $180 for the job. I priced out the spark plugs at the local auto parts, the same plug, same part number cost $9.99. Watched a YouTube video to be sure I wasn't in for any surprises and 30 minutes later, the job was complete. When I questioned the service adviser about the price, he said that each plug cost $25.00, and the labor rate was $110.00 an hour. Second, I replaced all the dash lights in the vehicle. I called the parts dept at this dealership and was quoted $10.00 a bulb. I bought the bulbs from another Honda dealership online and paid $2.33 each plus minimal shipping. Third, the dealership quoted me $561 for a front brake job to include pad and rotors. Knowing this was high, Now I don't have an exact one for one price comparison on this example, I priced out the best rotors and pads at my local auto parts, and I bought all the parts for $112.00, and completed the job in about 1 1/2 hours. I'll let you be the judge of this dealership, I expect to pay premium labor rates at the dealership, but what I won't tolerate is being grossly overcharged for parts. Consequently to say, they have forever lost my business.

Brent had the vehicle I wanted in stock, he helped negotiate a monthly payment I could afford and he explained all the bells an whistles on the car. It wasn't a long drawn out affair; he had me on my way very quickly. Brent isn't one of these high pressure salesmen you often encounter. He is very easygoing and extremely knowledgeable. "Rude staff"

Was looking for a person to get change to use the vending machine. Went to the services window with a glass panel. Girl behind the window took minutes to look up at me because she was busy on cell phone. Then would not open the glass panel and said to speak through glass. When I asked about where to get change she just pointed out toward the express service staff and said go ask them. Could tell she did not want to be bothered.
