Great dealership I just bought a 2016 Optima from this dealer. Every person there (salesman, manager, finances) that we dealt with was very polite. Blake was patient and I felt very comfortable with him and his knowledge of the car. We had our one year old son with us throughout the whole process and I felt like it was a friendly atmosphere for him and the staff was understanding when he would get a little fussy. Overall, this dealership is professional and courteous and I look forward to having my car serviced there in the future. The only point I had an issue with was that the interest rate we were initially given was almost 2 percentage points higher than what we got when we asked for different banks to be checked. However, they were very willing to work with us and checked as many banks as we asked for. More

Kevin had answers to all of the questions I had about the car itself and about the certified pre-owned program, which was a nice change. Buying a car has always been more stressful than fun for me, and I've had my share of pushy and ill-informed salespeople over the years. So this was a good experience. I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember the name of the man who completed the sale, had me sign dozens, seemed like hundreds, of documents, and explained the warranty options. That was a smooth experience as well. I kept waiting for the hard sell on an extended warranty, but it never happened. The extended warranty push is the only thing I've ever actually raised my voice about when finalizing things, and my preparation for it was wasted. I appreciated that. Also, the Internet ad had info about the car itself, not just that particular year and model. That was one of the reasons I chose to look at that car first among the cars I was interest in. I wish all dealers would have car history available. More

He listened to me on what I wanted and needed, and understood my financial situation. He was very helpful and I am very pleased with the vehicles and the service I received. Briton King was the finance manager on my last purchase and did a fine job on describing my options for extended warranty's, and did his best to Taylor one to my needs. We had discovered a deep scratch on the driver's door right below the door handle. I believe the young man in the pint shop was Payton Kline. He really did a good job of blending in the paint and building it up to make the scratch disappear. I and several people I work with all have bought a Kia from Hagerstown Kia and I would defiantly recommend anyone to shop there. The service department is always fast and courteous, and very helpful.
