I had only heard about the stereotypical horror stories about buying your first car. However, I could not have had a better experience! Ryan, the employee who helped me through this process, was very attentive and SUPER friendly. He was great about making everything clear (especially since this was my first time) and if there were any questions he did not have the answer to, he was great at finding someone who did. Furthermore, even when there were some hiccups with the process, Britton and Jeff were SO helpful in making it all work out. I am so glad I had such an awesome experience and would highly recommend this dealership (and their wonderful employees) to any first time buyers. And of course, I'm in love with my Sorento! More
