If I could give a zero here I would. Worst potential car purchasing experience of my life. I only was shopping there because my car was in the shop and I was given a loaner. I went in Worst potential car purchasing experience of my life. I only was shopping there because my car was in the shop and I was given a loaner. I went in with Andy as the salesperson. He was not personable at all, didn't offer any beverage to us, was slow moving and turtle like, and didn't talk during any of the test drives. It was like he didn't need or want the sale; and no one was in there that day at all to purchase a car. And I was in there to buy, I needed a car. He wouldn't budge in pricing of car, and I told them beforehand my price point. Andy said things like "What you want?" "Take your trade in to the junkyard then?" Basically had no motivation to negotiate and only went back to the manager 2 times and then just sat there. The car was a Ford edge. A car that tire lights were on, there were side panel damages, which Andy said was ok and not needed to worry about, and a wheezing noise was made when accelerating. The worst though was the manager named Charlie who accused me of trying to steal the loaner when I was leaving. I said I don't have a ride home, we brought the loaner and he said oh well get an Uber. Meanwhile my car was still in their shop so a loaner was still warented because I was still contemplating fixing my car. He didn't even try to work with us at all and honestly if they had gone down 500, I would have taken the non-lux car off their lot. Instead we stood outside, my 74 year old mother and myself to wait in 5 degree weather for an UBER. Took my money to Hyundai in Ewing where I bought a Ford Edge that was in way better condition anyway! Lexus dealer was cruel and inconsiderate, lost a for sure sale. Not personable at all, not willing to negotiate to try to sell, was it because we were female? Horrible will never recommend. Oh and Kim gave a follow up call to see about my experience and I told her what had happened, why did it take 3 days to follow up? Just cruel and horrible salespeople. More

Excellent service; the entire team, the Service Advisor (Jean), the Tech (Noah), and the check-in / check-out staff were professional, friendly and efficient. My wife and I both work with Jean and have fou (Jean), the Tech (Noah), and the check-in / check-out staff were professional, friendly and efficient. My wife and I both work with Jean and have found her knowledgeable and trustworthy when addressing questions or if we need advice. RE the video reports from the Service Techs; at first I was skeptical but now believe they are useful for both the Customer and the Dealership ;we look forward to other new communications methods. BTW…I am continually impressed by Haldeman’s communications whether emails, texts, videos, etc.; they are direct, concise and useful. As I draft this, other ‘things’ hit me; the prepayment option before picking up the car is great; moves the process along. The ‘Loaner’ process also is great; quick and easy (plus great chance to try current models and new features). More
