Well, the best part of my experience was the fact that I walked away with the car that I wanted, exactly how I wanted. Other than that, I can’t say much else that’s all that great. Typical dealership with typical salesmen pulling typical car salesmen tricks. The only difference is, they weren’t very good at it at this dealership. Here’s a pro tip: if you’re going to try and get me to buy the higher end model by telling me you don’t have the one I want on the lot... don’t be a slime ball about it (first of all) and second, make sure you don’t send me a picture of the car I DO want on your lot days before. A picture is worth a thousand words and in this case it was worth your reputation. The limited has chrome handles..... you sent me a picture of the car I wanted (NO chrome handles). Come oooon! Honesty is the best policy. The only reason I ended up purchasing from this dealership even though I knew the scam that they tried to pull is because I was ready to make a deal that day. Otherwise, I would have walked. No one likes being lied to or played for a fool. More
