The team recently repaired my Lexus ES 350 (baby blue) from an accident and so far so good with the repair. The team turned around the repair in less than the days quoted from the insurance company and all looks well. Thank you for detailing it too cause it needed it :-). The person I spoke with during this time was Sarah (front desk), who was patience, knowledgable and very friendly, which is what you need when trying to get the details on getting your car repaired, dealing with the insurance and rental car companies. I also had an extensive conversation with Bill Hartman and that eased my concern on bringing my Lexus to a Ford/Subaru collision center (now Lexus)...LOL More

The interior detailing was lacking, inside of windows didn't seem like they were cleaned. In all honesty, I'm not sure what the package includes, so maybe this is normal and they went above and beyond in the past. More
