Alan was great. He was pleasant efficient and described thoroughly what the issue with the car was and how long the repair would take. Alan explained that the issue was a repair that was an extended warran thoroughly what the issue with the car was and how long the repair would take. Alan explained that the issue was a repair that was an extended warrantee issue and that there would be no charge. The car was repaired in less time. While I was waiting my cell phone needed charging and there was a charging station in the waiting room for the customer use what a nice surprise. When the repair was completed Alan escorted me to the cashier where she explain where my car was which was easy to find since the parking lot had numbered spots. It was a pleasure doing business at Haldeman Service. I will use them again and recommend them to others. More

The purchasing experience was great. The Service department sucks terrible...and should be examined and new management considered. Brought car in for 1st oil change and to find out why engine light department sucks terrible...and should be examined and new management considered. Brought car in for 1st oil change and to find out why engine light was only. Got the oil change and tires rotated. Was told to take to BMW for service light. Needed $3000 worth of work and 3 new tires. 2 tires need to be drilled out as the screws where out in wrong which coat $250 each. Then I was told will need breaks within a month or 2 tops which means another $2000 in the first six months.... Eric Muhammad More

Best Ever dealership. Love my crosstrack and the way I am treated for car service. Friendly and Efficient staff.
