Warranty I wouldn’t give this place 1 star but I had to check one.I purchased my vehicle 5 weeks ago and there was a problem with the sunroof sticking the gave I wouldn’t give this place 1 star but I had to check one.I purchased my vehicle 5 weeks ago and there was a problem with the sunroof sticking the gave me a (we owe) they said there were gonna order the part I texted Ben who was my sales person over a dozen times about when I can bring my car in I got a minimal response so after having to threaten him about me coming up there he then got back to me and told me to bring the car up on that Thursday and I ask if I was something that could be done while I wait. And yet he never answered back. So I get up ther a 9am like he said he took my car to service and body shop and after 5 hours he gives me my car back unfixed and worse then before. Now the sunroof would close half way. And they tried to give me the car back like this. I refused to take it I said you made it worse and what if I rains I’m screwed. I then say give me a loner and fix my car right. I got neither. I left with it half way closed and gotta bring it back in 2 weeks. So now I have collision wrap and tape on it till then. I live an hour away from this dealership as well. Worst experience I ever had. I would never purchase or service a vehicle at this place their techs have no experience there sales department team is run by clowns and on another note the nj temp tags they issued me expired on the 15th of November and I’m still waiting on my Tags so yeah there expired. Like I said the place is a micky mouse outfit run by inexperienced clowns More

His attention to the service needs and new tires installation was handled efficiently as was phone c Paul, the service writer was excellent as always. He also arranged loaner vehicle so I could make all my appointments. All my requests for this service were handled fully and happy that car is riding much better with new tires and alignment. More

With that said I also need to mention that to sit there for 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is ridiculous, as if my time isn’t important. If I could drop off my car and pick it up I would, but I can’t, so I wait and half my morning is shot. This is routine, every time I come down, scheduled in advance. This is not Paul’s fault- you guys need to figure out a better process or improve the productivity of your mechanics. I’m giving you honest feedback so you can improve your customer service. Thanks.
