Jeremiah greeted me, took me to the Acura I was inquiring about, and got Chris Turnage (sales consultant) to help with my questions. Chris has worked with Acura for over 15 years. He was professional, polite, and knew his product! After the test drive, I traded in my vehicle and purchased an Acura RDX...I could not be more thrilled with my new SUV. Today I brought my car in for routine maintenance and as I left I realized my car had a screw in the tire that wasn't there before. If I would have known it would have been replaced! Well, I left my service advisor Ed know what my new problem was and he spoke with his manager and they fixed it at no cost! It's very rare you find a dealership that is 100 percent honest and isn't just for the money! I highly recommend Hall Acura to anyone! Not all Hall's are this way but Acura definitely goes above and beyond! More
