I have known Mark on and off for over 5 yrs as i would hang around the show room while getting my car was getting serviced and talk about cars. I initially test drove a 2012 TL AWD w mark back in the spring time and was very impressed with his knowledge of the car and his honesty. I told Mark that i will be waiting until the end of the summer to buy a car and sell mine. During the next few month mark stayed in touch with me through emails and let me know of any sales they were having. A few weeks ago i had my TL serviced and james was nice enough to give me a 2012 TL w advanced package. I loved the car and decided it was time. I saw Mark there also and he was kind enough to give me some advice on selling my car and how to post it online. He said he would send some pricing to get started. Because of his help, I was able to sell my car within one week and during that week Mark was extremely helpful in finding me the right model and most importantly the right price. His service and countless prompt emails to update me on availability and pricing were invaluable to me as it saved me countless hours of having to actually be at a dealership. It allowed me to continue with my work and life with my family. By the time i was ready to purchase my car, i was well informed and most of the negotiating had already been done over emails. Mark is very honest, hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly sales associate. Because he was so helpful to me during those two weeks, i actually sacrificed the color TL i wanted from another dealership, just so i would come back to Hall and purchase my car from Mark for a great sales experience. I stopped in to ask a question and was just lucky to get Brian Thompson. Brian took the time to help me with a problem that had nothing to do with him or Hall Acura. The only criticism I have is with confusion about pricing on the website. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated with the utmost respect. They explained everything clearly so that I could understand, let me make my choices, and didn't try and talk me out of any choice I made. Once everything was done, they went out of their way to make sure the vehicle was in top notch shape before they let me drive it off the lot. The people at Hall Acura have made me take a long hard look at the stereotypical car dealership experience. I highly recommend them, and will be going back to them for my future automotive needs. Mr. Kelley and all the crew at Hall Acura provided the best experience of all the cars that I've bought. For a while, I forgot I was buying a car. That's application, test ride, a demonstration of the aumor coating, and signing all the paper work. When I was about to frive off the lot, I had to take a moment to make sure I didn't forget anything. My wife and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car for the following reasons: the sales representative that we worked with, Ron Perry, went above and beyond to get us the lowest p looking to buy a car for the following reasons: the sales representative that we worked with, Ron Perry, went above and beyond to get us the lowest price possible. We purchased a used car from the dealership and got the best price out of all the used cars like it in the whole Hampton Roads area and beyond. The way they treated us and communicated with us was very professional and kind. When it took longer for them to prepare the car for us (it had just gotten in and had to go through cleanup and get some work done on it) they ended up giving us a car until it was ready. We have now had the car for about two months and have been completely satisfied with it and have had no problems. After we purchased the car, they followed up with us and checked to make sure everything was going alright. After some extensive shopping in new dealerships and used car dealerships, Ron was probably the nicest and most honest guy we dealt with. He was not just looking for a sale. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More

I know you tried and if Hall had agreed to my offer we would be the owners of a new Accord that day. Mary Lee and I liked the car, but when she and I talked more about it, the more we realized just how good a automobile we have in our MDX. I did the budget and the savings in gas and monthly car payments was about $120 per month. I then did some research on carcritic.com and found some disturbing criticism about the Accords seat comfort and excessive oil usage in the V6 engine. (very,very disappointing from Honda) The final decision was that our MDX is the best vechicle we have ever owned and the value unsurpassed. I guess that means that you will still be seeing us for service and future autos. M.L. wanted me to tell you that you were correct when you said in the beginning that we were not going to find a better automobile. I quess we just have to stop being so cheap and embrace the premium fillups with the knowledge that we own a very good automobile. One that does all we ask in performance, comfort, and value.
