Not great experience. Made an appointment over a week ago for a recall. Showed up early and after about an hour, I was informed the service department did not have parts Made an appointment over a week ago for a recall. Pretty frustrating to book an appointment in advance only to have to waste my time and reschedule for later. I call the GM to give him feedback on my experience. He came off defensive and condescending. Not going back! More
