I went in for a state inspection and mentioned a noise coming from under the cab. They charged me for the inspection and a so-called diagnostic fee of $200 to look under my truck, yet nothing was actually coming from under the cab. They charged me for the inspection and a so-called diagnostic fee of $200 to look under my truck, yet nothing was actually done. They claimed the issue was my sway bar, but when I checked it myself, there was nothing wrong with it. Charging $200 just to give an incorrect answer is unacceptable and reflects very poor ethics. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles there again. More
