Mike, had my vehicle for two weeks waiting on parts. Poor communication b/w Mike and call center. I called multiple times and spoke With many call center POC that Informed me Mike was not available and Poor communication b/w Mike and call center. I called multiple times and spoke With many call center POC that Informed me Mike was not available and that he. Would get back to me. It would be days or he would leave a message on the wrong number. I informed the call center that I could not receive messages on my cell phone while I was at work and to call my work number but it never happened. Messages were left on my cell number, I work 12 hr shifts and would not get my messages until 8pm at night when I got off. Very disappointing, the communication and customer service was very poor. After two weeks I went up to the dealership and got my vehicle to take to another mechanic. Mike printed out my receipt and I paid for my diagnostic and a parking brake repair and left. Mike didn't even voice an apology for my experience with this two week transaction. I won't be going back there or recommending anyone. More
