Making the appointment was easy enough and all employees I encountered were helpful and friendly. I would suggest refraining from giving incorrect times for service. I got to my appointment early in the morning and 15 minutes early. I was told the service I needed would take one hour. I did not leave that dealership for three hours. Had I been given a more accurate time I would have dropped my vehicle off. More
