Everything was good but my hood was left unlatched after service. Overall I was pleased with my service but if I hadn't caught my hood being unlatched before o drove off it could have caused damage or worse service. Our Traverse and Challenger received state inspections, oil changes, and communication updates in a single day without issue. Our Jeep service, however, took four days. The new communication system appears oil changes, and communication updates in a single day without issue. Our Jeep service, however, took four days. The new communication system appears to be the problem—we never received updates or authorization requests for items like wipers or side-marker lights. By the time we were finally able to connect and approve the work, it was already day two. I called several times and left messages requesting a status update but received no call or text back. On day three we were told the Jeep was ready, but when we arrived, the wipers had not been replaced and there was no inspection sticker. Staff were informed, but the shop was closing. Everything was finally completed on the evening of day four. We appreciate the quality of your work—this is the first issue we’ve experienced—but the new communication system needs improvement.
