I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled recall fix and to check on a concern I had with a previous repair. I was informed at my arrival that it was a 4-5 day wait to check the previous repair concern. I expl check on a concern I had with a previous repair. I was informed at my arrival that it was a 4-5 day wait to check the previous repair concern. I explained that I was not informed that I would have to leave my vehicle for a week. I also expressed that I was not prepared to leave my vehicle as I need it for work. The service person then asked if I was waiting on my vehicle for the recall fix or if I was dropping it off. I stated waiting. I was told the repair should take about an hour and a half. After waiting 3 hours I went to the service desk to check on the status of the repair. I was told that my paper work was placed in the drop off pile and they would get to it next. Needless to say my vehicle was returned to me 45 minutes later. I waited at the dealership for almost 4 hours!! I have only been to your dealership twice and each time I visit it's a concern with getting my vehicle returned to me. This is unacceptable! More

Just had new tires installed on my truck and one of the lug studs was cross threaded. The last time that tire was removed was during a tire rotation at Southern Chesapeake. Steve listened to what I told hi lug studs was cross threaded. The last time that tire was removed was during a tire rotation at Southern Chesapeake. Steve listened to what I told him, checked my service records and said the dealership would take care of it. Would recommend the service department for any of your car care needs. More
