It is always a wonderful experience taking my vehicle in for service. The advisors are great. They separate what has to be done with what needs to be done soon. First, get rid of the stupid AI, it is always making mistakes. You need to bring back live people to answer the phone. I had go through 3 phone calls to get anything done.
