The person most helpful was Sales Manager Justin Cambrick, he was just unable to get the car I wanted. Three sales people contacted me by email, only Ms Barr seemed to have read my email before responding. The other one jumps to a deposit before we were even close to an agreement. I was surprised hall did not have a process for dealing with on-line and email negotiations, but Hall was not alone in this situation. The place I bought from dealt quickly via email and than I went in and finalized. Good luck
