They are shady beyond belief. ***Update*** 12.23.14: Having contacted the SALES team (Russ Mann and his Manager Justin) they dealt with the issue. I actually like the sales guys a lot - there were minimal games and even with some challenges getting the correct vehicle, they handled them professionally. I cannot change the review of the finance team - caveat emptor applies to extreme levels as soon as you cross into the "Finance" process. There doesn't seem to be a clear set of values or integrity at play - even speaking with the Finance Manager on the phone last night trying to address the issue, his comments basically implied that it's okay to take advantage of your customer if you think you can get away with it. However, all of that said, Priority did rectify the issue - but I did not get near anyone in the Finance department - Justin (the sales manager) dealt with them and I am now satisfied with the end result.... just later and with significantly more angst than should have been the case. More

Allen Sanchez and the staff in the service department were quick to find the problem and provided me with a loaner since it was warranty covered work, until my car was ready. They were great at keeping me in the loop and it was refreshing not to have to keep calling the service deparment to check on the status. I would highly recommend Priorty Honda and Allen to anyone needed service work on their Honda. More

Mary Tweedlie helped me get the deal I wanted! Mary assisted me with the purchase of a 2011 CR-V that my father had previously leased. Justin, were also able to get me a very fair price for the vehicle and included some additional service options for me. I will not hesitate to contact her again when I am in the need for a new Honda!
