In the past month, I've had my oil changed and the 45K mile recommended check up. The greeter was prompt. The gentleman checked me in right away. I quickly grabbed a massage chair and set the timer and within 45 minutes I was out and my car washed. They gave me a print out of future recommendations for my certified Honda and I will quickly oblige. I've only had my car 3 months but so far the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Keep up the good work! More

As I drove my car out of the lot, I was left with the feeling that I was valued as a consumer, I had not been deceived into getting unnecessary work done on my vehicle, and that Allen and Lolli genuinely cared about my satisfaction concerning the service that they provided. Awesome Experience with Mary! I went to Priority Honda originally for a service visit and loved the car they let me use while my car was in for work. When I returned to get my car, I went to Priority Honda originally for a service visit and loved the car they let me use while my car was in for work. When I returned to get my car, I decided to at least see what kind of deal I could get on a new CR-V. The service rep I worked with referred me to Mary Tweedlie, and I'm so glad he did! She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made the new-car experience extremely easy and pain-free for me. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new car. And PS -- I LOVE my new car!! The way it is SUPPOSED to be! We called the dealership and told Sarah what we were looking for. We also told her what pricing we had found for all of the options we wanted. She called us back and said they can do what we needed to come in and look at the available Honda Pilot's. Upon arriving, they immediately greeted us at the door, (no pressure) and had Shannon Winebarger work with us. He was amazing. They actually beat the price we had discussed on the phone and we walked away with a brand new Honda Pilot. Priority Honda was great from start to finish! There was no nickel and dime, haggling back and forth. The bottom line price came immediately and we were out of there in under 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend this dealer and Shannon Winebarger!! (he only works weekends) More
