My wife and I had been looking at used cars for about three weeks. Priority Honda in Huntersville was our last stop. On arrival we were greeted by Paul Nino. Paul introduced himself, asked us how we were and asked how he could assist us. We told him that we were looking for a used Honda Odyssey van. Paul showed us several that were in stock and answered the numerous questions we had about each. We selected the one that we liked best and took a test drive. Paul went over all the options and explained how to take advantage of the many features on the van. We arrived back at the dealership and went inside. Paul pointed out to us that even though we were looking at a used van we would still qualify for many of the Priorities for Life options. We were blown away with the Odyssey van, the oil changes for life and the state inspections for life. Paul took our offer to his Sales Manager Terry and promptly came back and accepted the offer. Paul introduced us to Terry and we proceeded to get all the information in line for the purchase. We were asked again if we had any further questions about the van and the purchase procedure. After the initial paperwork was done we met the Finance Manager Daniel Poli. Daniel went through all the final documents with us and we completed the purchase. Daniel explained all of the documents to us and answered all the questions about “just what are we signing”. Daniel also explained the Priorities for Life options and instructed us on how we could take advantage of these additional features. When the final paperwork was done, Paul again met us showed us where we come for service on our vehicle and pointed out the remaining departments that we had not seen. Buying a car is not something that we go through on a regular basis. This dealership and its staff are the best. There was no pressure at any time from anyone. We were not rushed through the process and we were treated like we were the most important people there. Overall this has been the very best buying experience that we have ever made. I was never bullied or fanagiled into looking at what I didn't want. And after the right car was found I was given the best deal and offer that I've ever had. My experience with the Finance person Danny was phenomenal. Danny was able to work a deal that kept my car payments comfortable. I am still within the budget I set out to have and now have a beautiful new car that is maintenance free for the next 4-5 years. If every car buying experience was as good as this one everyone would buy a new car at least every two years. I have already started recommending my friends to Priority Honda. At Priority Honda of Huntersville both Mr. McCoy and Mr. Parks were very patient with me, as I told them upon my arrival that I was just in the "looking stage" and not in any hurry to trade in my 12 year-old Honda just yet. They were willing to spend as much time as necessary with me to go over every detail and answer all questions I had. At NO time did I feel pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. When I brought my new car back in today for the "First Place Finish" service, Jess Linville was just as helpful, friendly and courteous as the sales staff. I believe that service after the sale is just as important as the sale itself! All of the employees I worked with at this dealership have been very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Bought a used van from Ralph Lamb. I dealt with the Used Car Manager, Terry Whitehurst, as well. I didn't finance, for it a was an inexpensive purchase, but the Finance Director, Peppi Bonocore, treated me Car Manager, Terry Whitehurst, as well.
