They care what you want not just about selling a vehicle I went to another 2 dealerships before coming to Hall Honda and they didn’t reach out to keep connected. But when I went to Hall Mazda they kept up w I went to another 2 dealerships before coming to Hall Honda and they didn’t reach out to keep connected. But when I went to Hall Mazda they kept up with me made sure I was still interested and even tried to find cars that worked for what I was looking for. Bernard, Virgil, Bernadette, Leanne and Kris were so helpful and super patient with my circumstances and the car I wanted. I kept looking at a car but wasn’t a fan of the color but loved everything thing else. They searched and found me a couple other cars in colors I loved but guess what?! I got the car in the color I thought I didn’t want. Turns out you can’t beat the inside features of a touring!! I will be recommending Hall Mazda to everyone for their Friendly no hassles great customer service!! More

They are so professional and eager to help in any way they could by providing me with a vehicle so I can return back to work while my vehicle is serviced which meant a lot to me :)) I have never ever ever received any service any where as good as theirs & trust it takes a lot to top Chica Fila service in my book but they most definitely did that!!! By them taking pride in the service they provide it most definitely eases the anxiety that we sometimes as customers feel. I had a situation a few weeks ago where I couldn’t find my phone after leaving the service department and called back to ask if they could see if it was there and Taryn & Samantha found it for me despite having work to do themselves they took the initiative to help. Wes is awesome and has a lot of patience and the awesome ability to respectfully resolve any conflict that may arise in a positive helpful manner!! Sandy is everything a manager should be and her staff displays the very character that anyone would love to experience and receive as a customer. Anthony is sooooo full of life and very kind it’s refreshing to have met a service consultant that enjoys his job as much of him. The service department is definitely a Team full of Winners!! Any vehicle we have or buy will be serviced by them and only them from here on out!!! I will be contacting their corporate office to express how blessed & thankful I am to have them all as my service consultants. More

Excellent customer service Hall Mazda went the extra mile for me with an issue I had with the Mazda connect system failing. They contacted Mazda on my behalf and explained the i Hall Mazda went the extra mile for me with an issue I had with the Mazda connect system failing. They contacted Mazda on my behalf and explained the issue as the car was still within time frame of warranty even though mileage was not and got them to agree to replace the unit at no charge to me. Nice to deal with a company that goes to bat for their customers!! Needless to say I am VERY happy with the results they obtained for me. More
