We bought 2 vehicles from this dealership within the last week. This was the absolute best car-buying experience my wife and I have ever encountered (and we have done this many times over the years). Virgil and Zack really went out of their way to make sure the vehicles and the financing were right for us. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the financing options available. Virgil stayed way after closing hours to explain all the features of the vehicles. He set up the Blue-tooth pairing, the satellite radio and the navigation systems for both of us and showed us how to use them in detail. Steve, the business and finance manager, was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the terms of the contracts. Zack and Virgil were also both very pleasant and patient in answering all of our questions. We never felt any pressure to do anything we were uncomfortable with. We both feel we were treated very well, and we are both extremely happy with the vehicles we purchased and with our overall experience there. More

My husband and i went to Hall Mazda in search of our very first new car. When we first entered Hall Mazda we were greeted by Johnathan! He was very polite. We fell in love with the 2010 Mazda CX-7 only thing is they did not have the color i was looking for. But thank God for Johnathan and Steve, they immediately started calling other dealers and found the color and model we were looking for. I was very picky with what i wanted in our new vehicle, i wanted leather seats and a DVD entertainment system for my 18 month old daughter, the vehicle that was on its way from North Carolina did not have leather seats or DVD, but John got his crew and was able to make the change for us. We were even able to pick out what leather color i wanted for the inside. I was so amazed, we didn't feel pressured at all. Our experience at hall Mazda was incredible! The entire team was amazing! We went in and sat down for a few minutes, than he told me to come do a test drive in my new vehicle. I liked it, but I was looking for a vechicle with a third row seat. Once we got back to the lot, I experessed to him that I really wanted a vehicle with a third row seat, so we got back into the vehicle and he drove me to each of Hall's car lots to see if I saw anything that I liked better. Never did he seem to be frustrated, or in a rush for me to just choose something so that he could get to the next customer. I thank God for him and his expertise, because I ended up with the first vehicle he chose for me, and I love it. Patience is number one when working with the public, and at Hall Mazda, I experienced just that!!! I give praise to the entire team, because they even worked hard to keep my payments where I needed them to be while giving me the most for my money. I did see into buying a new one but really it was not in my price range and they didnt have a pre owned car that had what I wanted, as I wanted a stick shift and they didnt have one at that time . I really did spend a while there John trying to help me find a car that would suit my financial requirements also my personal ones too. After nearly 3 weeks of contact John called me up telling me that they had a car there and that I would want to take home when I saw it. Well when I did see it I knew it was my car and that baby would be coming home with me, Zack set me up with my financial side and got me all done before I got there so it would be less time for me to spend at the dealership. Robert Pena (Sales Consultant) patiently and professionally "walked" me through all operational aspects on my beautiful Miata, established all necessary "set-ups" and completed all paperwork except loan application quickly and efficiently. I came in with a preapproved loan check with the lowest APR I could find, which I was very satisfied with. George quickly and professionally reviewed 12 various avalable "add-ons" and services and finalized the loan and and other paperwork.
