My husband and I recently bought our 3rd new car from Robert. Each time the experience has been very pleasant. These guys at Hall Mazda went above and beyond what I have ever expected a dealership to do for a customer in my situation. From loosing my car due to flooding, and getting hassles from the insurance com have ever expected a dealership to do for a customer in my situation. When I called Hall Mazda and spoke with Zack he told me to come down and we will fix everything. They did fix everything. Granted had insurance companies to deal with, and a few other snags but that was no fault of theirs. In the end I got the car I wanted, and I will be returning to them as soon as I need a new car (Hopefully not due to a flood)... I would highly suggest if you are in the Military( or Not) to go see Zack and Robert Pena at Hall Mazda, they worked hard to help me, and for that I am grateful More

It was the very best experience I have ever had with a dealership. They were very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy like some dealerships where I have walked off the lot. Robert's knowledge about the CX-9 was incredible. He knew absolutely EVERYTHING about the options on this vehicle. He offered me the option of driving the CX-9 overnight to see how I felt about it and knew absolutely EVERYTHING about the options on this vehicle. I am very pleased with my current New Mazda 5 purchase through Hall Mazda. Many months ago I had made my first visit with every intention of purchasing my car at that time. David Bessey had shown me the Mazda 5 and I was all set to buy. I applied and we are all set to go. At that time I had many family issues which demanded my time, so I put off the purchase. During that break David Bessey and Zach Bryd kept in contact with me, through emails and an occasional call. Things have finally settled with my personal life and I had just received an email from David. So I decided to go in and see what they had in stock. Katelyn was the first person I saw, she greeted me with a nice hello and sent me to Jonathan because David was with someone. David and Jonathan Chisom work together so Jonathan showed me around. I found the car I wanted, put in the paperwork, which Zach Byrd had most of already because of my previous visit. It was the easiest car I have ever purchased and I really appreciated the professionalism that everyone involved provided. Steve Davis was concise and easily provided me with quotes for different protection plans for my new vehicle, customizing to me. A lot of my shipmates find them selves going to back woods auto salesmen thinking they are going to get a deal for some reason and in the end find themselves getting screwed over. Going to a bigger dealership I knew this wasn't going to be the same situation, but having been to many dealerships before it was a pleasure to work with Hall's friendly car salesmen in getting me into the car I wanted at a reasonable price. Then they exceeded expectations and registered the vehicle to me, got my plates issued and tagged, and even installed them for me while we finished the buying process. They even ensured that I updated my insurance for my new vehicle before I left the lot. Everything was above and beyond my expectations and I'm very glad to have had the pleasure to work with Hall Mazda, and look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

Salesman was very friendly. He greeted me as I was looking at a car & instead of the standard "Canihelpu?" This shows to me that he has a genuine interest in each individual instead of just going through the motions of trying to sell. He also mentioned that he'd been in the Navy (to find a common ground-as I'm in the Navy too). He suggested a test drive and best of all he helped me turn in my rental car & then rode back with me to Va. Beach (the car had been rented in Norfolk). I give this dealership/salesman my STRONGEST possible recommendation. The salesman gave me a mug w/ his name on it & I saw where he was in the million dollar club. I'm not surprised!!!! More

I came in to look at the CX-7 in hopes of buying an SUV. I was so tired of dealing with unprofessional and obnoxious salesmen that I wasnt very hopeful for this experience either. Dave was completely easy going, let me drive both the CX-7 and the CX-9 in order to compare and make a decision. After coming in not thinking I was quite ready to buy, I left that evening knowing I would be back on Monday to buy the car. We came back in Monday to a great buying experience with Dave and Zack. They no longer had any CX-7's on the lot and they were quick to get to work on finding me one in my price range and of a color I liked. After going toe-to-toe with a reluctant dealer in Petersburg, they got my car for me!!! With a painless trade-in process and a pleasant paper signing experience, I took my new SUV home on Wednesday! I would definitely buy another car from this dealer. We laughed and joked and kept the whole transaction very light which I completely appreciate. More
