They lied about leasing a K4 for $119 a month. It actually is more after all the paperwork is signed. And I purchased online, but they failed to inform me of the outer damage on the vehicle. Went in for my first oil change service on my new Sorento. The service department is the best I've encountered at ANY dealership. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by someone who opened my door a Sorento. The service department is the best I've encountered at ANY dealership. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by someone who opened my door and placed protective paper on my floor and showed me towards the reception desk. The person checking me in was so friendly and helpful and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They called me when the service was done and personally escorted me to my car. Above and beyond my expectations for a service department. I am impressed! More
