Kim was lovely and did her best, but as a whole my lease and buyout experience with Halleen Kia was a nightmare. When I had first gotten my lease I was very happy with everything, but for the past 3 years H and buyout experience with Halleen Kia was a nightmare. When I had first gotten my lease I was very happy with everything, but for the past 3 years Halleen Kia has been incredibly difficult to work with. It has been so hard to file proper paperwork, my emails have gone unanswered, and I was repeating myself to multiple people over and over again. I am so disappointed in my experience and I would never recommend this to anyone. More
