I walked in to Halleen on August 27th and was immediately greeted by Jon Odee. He made me feel completely at ease the minute he introduced himself. I honestly didn't want to be there as I had just purchased greeted by Jon Odee. He made me feel completely at ease the minute he introduced himself. I honestly didn't want to be there as I had just purchased a 2017 Sportage the year before. I was involved in a car accident August 20th and my car was totaled. I was still a little shaken up from the whole experience and told Jon what had happened. He seemed like he genuinely cared about my situation and told me above all he was glad I was okay. I told him I wanted another Sportage as I saw what they will do in a crash. He asked me what options I wanted and I told him the options my car had. He was able to find two 2018 Sportages and pulled one of them up to the back door for me to look at. Jon also mentioned the other one wasn't there but asked if I could come back the next day to look at it. He said if he needed to he would drive another car to the manager that had it so it would be available for me see. He is honestly the best salesman I have ever dealt with as far a car buying goes. I will recommend Halleen to anyone I know looking for a car and will DEFINETLY tell them to ask for Jon. He changed a very strained circumstance into an enjoyable one. Thanks Jon for putting me at ease during this rough time! It is appreciated more than you know!!! More

Walked into the dealership and Kim met me at the door. She was very welcoming. I told her that I was doing a trade in and I wanted to get a Seltos.
