I started my search for a Kia Soul a few weeks ago, I had contacted several dealers before making a move. I decided to pull the trigger so to speak, after talking with Jim. He was friendly knowledgeable and prompt with the information I requested. Once I made the decision to purchase, he made the process seamless. Most of it was done over the phone and online. By the time I arrived to take possession, everything was waiting for me. I was done and out within an hour and a half.
