Laura greeted me, asked me what kind of vehicle I was looking for and my price range , then began showing me vehicles. She didn't rush me, she was very nice, honest and upfront. Once I chose the vehicle I wanted, we started the paperwork, and I was approved within 30 minutes. Laura made sure I was confident in my decision, and went above and beyond in assisting me with my purchase. She sat in the vehicle with me, showed me all the feature and how to use them, and also told me to come back at any time if I had any additional questions or if I needed assistance. He was super nice but my wife said was too chatty and kept her at the dealership longer than necessary.
