Laura was the best I gave a 5 star rating because from the time I walked in the dealership to the time I walked out I was treated like a normal human. None of the empl I gave a 5 star rating because from the time I walked in the dealership to the time I walked out I was treated like a normal human. None of the employees were aggressively trying to get me to buy a car. Laura took her time to show me the ins and outs of every car I showed interest in. She sat down to see what I could be approved for before I made my final decision on what car I wanted so I stayed within my budget. I am happy to say I walked out of the dealership with a certified pre-owned Kia Soul that I feel I got the best deal on. I will definitely go back to Laura for any other car purchase after this one. More

We came back and asked for Jim because he is a pleasure to work with, extremely helpful, and low pressure. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted when we arrived, and Jim took us right to the cars in our price range- he did not try to talk us into something newer and more expensive- which I really appreciate. After we left, Jim texted me letting me know that a new trade had just arrived that seemed to be exactly what we were looking for- and it was. We came back the following day and got the car. I know Jim is very busy (since Halleen is the #1 Certified Pre-Owned Kia dealership in the country!), but I can honestly say that he makes you feel like you are his only customer. I would definitely recommend Halleen Kia to friends and family, particularly Jim McConville! More
