A Great Experience with a Helpful Sales Representative! The lease on my Kia Optima was coming to an end and I was interested in looking at the Kia Sorento as my next lease. The original dealership I leased The lease on my Kia Optima was coming to an end and I was interested in looking at the Kia Sorento as my next lease. The original dealership I leased my Optima from wasn't very helpful in finding me a Sorento in my price range and basically told me there was nothing they could do for me. After seeing a commercial for Halleen Kia, I decided to go to this dealership instead to see if the team there would be willing to help me. Michael was our sales representative and after telling him my previous experience at a different dealership he reassure us that he was going to help me find the Sorento I was looking for in the price range I could afford. Not only did he find me a new 2017 Sorento that was exactly what I was looking for, but he worked with his Manager to get the lease deal in the price range I could afford (something that did not happen at the previous dealership that told me I couldn't afford a Sorento in my price range). The leasing process was super easy and they even offered to return my Optima to the original dealership for me. I had such a easy and helpful experience that I told my sister to check out Halleen Kia for her next lease! More

When I finally decided, they didn't have the exact color and model I wanted but promised that they could have it in 2 days. They held up their end of the bargain! I had never really considered a Kia before but I was in the area and decided to come in and just take a quick look! Brian Stang was a great salesman, helpful but not pushy and aggressive like some other dealerships I had recently been to. My test drive of the 2016 Soul was a pleasantly surprising experience. My visit was on Thursday afternoon and on Friday afternoon I drove home in my new car!!!! Thank you! More
