On my first visit I was greeted at the front by Matt Rogalski. Matt made the process simply and straightforward. Halleen was not my first choice. Your commercials feature free t shirts and Kurt Kia. The other dealer tells me how the prices are clearly marked and fair. Your dealership had many choices, theirs had few. At that dealership, I never got to test drive a car and saw no prices on the cars. it was very important for them to ask me my personal information and how much a month I was looking to spend. Matt and I were in a car test driving before the engine in my car was cold. Matt asked me if I decided to trade in a car, if I wanted to see any other cars and if I had any other questions including pricing and trade in value. I was back on the road with a brochure and the contact information I needed to make a decision. As any informed buyer I had all the financing, down payment and questions answered by the following Saturday when I stopped in to make the actual purchase. Matt made certain the price I paid was fair and the financing was equal to my credit qualifications.
