the only thing i did NOT like was that the finance guy was hard to understand. he was from some other country and some things he said i had to ask him to repeat himself. he also tried to talk me into pack was hard to understand. he was from some other country and some things he said i had to ask him to repeat himself. he also tried to talk me into packages i did NOT want. i tried to tell him i wasnt interested but he insisted it was a good thing to sign up for. i told him i was happy with my monthly payments and did NOT want to pay another $22.00 a month. he kept pushing untill i said i was going to go ask my father to come talk to him. as soon as my father said i did NOT want it, he was fine with that. just because i look like a young girl he thought he could talk me into paying more money. the salesman i had, Robert Herndon, was terrific. he did not push me to buy or lease anything i wasnt happy with. he worked with me and got me into the car i wanted. he did not treat me like some young, dumb girl. These guys are fast and friendly. They offer rides or loaners when necessary without being asked. I have recommended them to others and would continue to do so. Robert was a genuine person who happened to be a salesperson. He wasn't interested in closing a deal and moving on, he was interested in making sure we were completely happy with our purchase. We bought a 4-door sedan that was third in the line-up of cars we test-drove, and Robert not once hinted that he was growing agitated or discontent whatsoever. That spoke volumes about his character! The car itself is well-made. I am getting comments all the time about how the car looks so much more expensive than it actually is. I expected a good price, and a good warranty, but I didn't expect such a great overall vehicle that I would be thoroughly happy with. The warranty options are outstanding, and the staff is well-trained and a great team that works well together (which is hard to find at dealerships). As long as Robert is a salesperson and Halleen Kia is the place he's at, we will always ALWAYS go to Halleen first for all future vehicle purchases. If I could offer Halleen Kia any advice, do whatever you can to keep Robert around. Sales is all about being relational and honest, and Robert's a really great guy who knows how to sell a car without even having to try! More
