I have been going to Hamer Toyota for 25 years. Purchased most of my cars from them and had all of my Toyotas serviced there. Today I had an appointment for an oil change. Normally an oil change Purchased most of my cars from them and had all of my Toyotas serviced there. Today I had an appointment for an oil change. Normally an oil change takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours, so I wait at the dealership. After 2 1/2 hours I asked the service manager about my car. He said that it was 2nd in line and that it would be another 45 minutes. After waiting 4 hours they still had not started working on my car. I took the car and left. Customer service is dead! Goodbye, Hamer Toyota. I will give Northridge Toyota a try. More
