Incredible Car Buying Experience, Very Easy and Stress Free Let's face it, car buying can be stressful but not at Hamer Toyota working with Steve. I was recommended to the dealership and Steve Denson by a good friend whose opinion I highly respect. He was right. No doubt this was one of if not the best, easiest and most stress-free car buying experiences of my life. I've been buying cars for over 30 years and this experience was top notch. The dealership has a great selection, Steve is a dream to work with and I highly recommend him. The cars that were available (and there were many to choose from) were all top of the line, excellent quality, and condition. The negotiation and business end of the experience were also filled with grace and ease. Marylou was very kind and so easy to work with. Best dealer experience ever...hands down. I've been to plenty of dealerships and it's always a game of tug-of-war, many of which don't care about your needs and just want to sell a car. I had come across the vehicle I was interested online and quickly made a call to Hamer Toyota. Steve had taken the call and had let me know that the vehicle was on the lot and that I can come by anytime to check it out. After meeting with Steve, I noticed right off the bat that he wasn't the typical salesman who was going to do everything in his power and force me to the purchase, he was extremely welcoming and open to my comments and questions, both regarding the vehicle and financially without any rush. Steve briefed me on the vehicle (even though my mind was pretty set) and we discussed trade in options for my old vehicle. Before you know it I was already on the way to finance with a set of keys. The experience was painless, hassle and of much importance, pressure free. This was all due to the calm and diligence of Steve and his patience with understanding that this decision is mine. A huge thank you to Steve and Bianca for being the awesome team that they are. Down the line when it's time for another vehicle, I know who I'm going to go to. More

Steve Denson understands customer service!!! If you're anything like me you don't want to spend hours in a dealership while they try and sell you something you don't want. Since I have moved to L If you're anything like me you don't want to spend hours in a dealership while they try and sell you something you don't want. Since I have moved to Los Angeles I have purchased three cars and leased two - in 15 year and 5 dealership experiences this was the simplest and most seamless transaction I have ever experienced. The icing on the cake; Steve gave me the best deal for my car of choice and believe me I shopped around. I set out to purchase a 2016 Toyota Prius. I knew what I wanted and went back to my current dealership first out of loyalty. They quoted me a price via email then requested I come in. I explained I didn't want / need to come in, I knew what I wanted and I knew what number I wanted to hit for payments. They said if I come in we can discuss it further. I explained there was nothing to discuss either they could come down on the offer or not. They again requested I come in. I then moved on. I was given Steve Denson's information from a friend. I text him, he text me back. In a few exchanges we had a deal in place. EASY! THANK YOU! I had some financing issues. Steve offered me options and worked with me. He was patient, and we communicated predominantly via email and text. I cannot stress how much of a difference this made to me. Of course he invited me down but when I explained that I work and wasn't very interested in spending an entire weekend day in a dealership he respected that and moved forward on my terms. That, to me, is what is at the very heart of customer service because its customer centered sales. I don't know why more dealerships are not practicing it. Naturally I had to visit the office to sign paperwork (and get the car). We agreed on a time and Steve had all my paperwork printed and ready to go. Moreover - while there he surprised me with an even better deal than we agreed upon. He honored something I didn't even ask for. He went above and beyond. If Toyota is your car of choice and you're not doing business with Steve Denson of Hamer you're doing yourself a disservice. More
