Consequently, my parents wanted us to deal with a Korean salesperson whom my parents feel more comfortable dealing with because of their limited English capabilities and cultural barrier. But those are not a problem when it comes to doing business with Steve. We first went into Steve'e office thinking that we will be spending long hours negotiating and visiting at least two or three other dealerships afterwards. It turns out we didn't have to do that. Steve did not waste our time nor his time. He cut right to the chase and offered the best deal-- even beating the one made from the Korean salesperson. He tried everything in his power to make it work for us. We are very satisfied with our first car purchase. And we are appreciative of the new relationship we formed with Steve. We hope to do business again with Steve in the future. More

Knowledgeable and Honest Employee I came in to have my battery checked out on a Saturday because my battery had strangely died the night before. Not only did he have them check my batt I came in to have my battery checked out on a Saturday because my battery had strangely died the night before. Not only did he have them check my battery but they did a whole diagnostic on the car to make sure everything was running fine and suggested I do a maintenance that day as I was due for one. They ended up having to replace a sensor and he quickly got it ordered and took care of my car that Monday after the weekend. Great employee and a pleasure to work with. A+ More

I was shocked that they did not know about "Toyota mobility assistance program". I liked the price; however, they expected me to drive off in a car I could not drive. Toyota has provisions for this but it would have caused them a little extra work. Usaa and retired military support your disabled brothers and boycott homer I have read many comments and have come to the following conclusion: This is the Toyota business model. Sell, sell, sell...who cares about the customer. I had a friend who was a master mechanic and worked for Hamer. I was shocked by his low salary. We can't blame the employees who are probably treated in a disrespectful way. How would you feel working for Toyota. If you know exactly the car that you want and there are no little problems such as trade in, mediocre credit, handicapped etc., you will most likely have a decent experience. Any little diversion which can slow them down will not be addressed. They will go low Kelly regardless of condition or mileage. Depend on that! For that reason, I strongly recommend that USAA members boycott this type of business activity. As a member and leader of many disabled advocacy groups, I will be vocal and advertise my experience at Hamer. I sure hope that they take my advice. More
