Finance guy Abraham tries to add a percentage point to the APR to pad profits. Claims ignorance to special financing even though you're showing it to him on a smartphone. Buying my new Prius was different. I am super wary of all car dealerships, in general --- I don't want to be treated like a slab of meat, I just want to be told the truth, and deal with the numbers, without the whole song & dance. I came in to Hamer, knowing that I wanted a Toyota Prius C, with how much I was willing to pay, how much I was willing to put down, and get to those numbers without all of the sales BS. I got that with Mikey Huffman, who got me what I wanted. He and Claudio – who was so incredibly helpful with the #'s, with the test drive, with the selection, with explaining everything, with the finance department – got me my new Toyota Prius C, for the price I wanted, and (especially Claudio) went above and beyond.
