I purchased my vehicle with Steve Denson on Saturday, that same evening I recommended him to the waiter at our celebration dinner. With other salesman, there were numerous visits to lots, runaround conversations, false deals and annoying text. Then in one magical phone conversation, Steve ended my search, found the car I wanted, gave me the deal I was looking for and won my loyalty. Other dealers tried to make competing offers to win me away, but the interaction with Steve was so solid I stuck with him and I'll continue to make him my go to for all future car searches for friends and family. He's a great salesman because he's a solid human. If you get the opportunity to meet him I'm certain you'll feel the same. More

There are some experiences that leave you feeling seen, heard, respected, and cared for. Walking into a dealership knowing that you’re about to spend a substantial amount of money can be an unsettling, and heard, respected, and cared for. Steve has taken the practice of selling cars and transformed it into live art. The amount of security I felt having Steve walk with me through this process is indescribable. Not only is Steve personable, genuine and knowledgeable. You can really tell that he is dedicated to providing an exceptional and memorable experience. He was fair, he was honest, he was intentional. Far from my first car purchase, but definitely the best by far. If these are the types of experiences you want your loved ones to have, there is no one else I would go to or recommend other than Steve. He never made me feel like I asked too many questions or like I was being tricked or rushed into something I wasn’t sure about. I left feeling like I made a decision. I DO not recommend taking your car here especially if you have any GR. I took my GR COROLLA here and the tech said my brakes were at a 7 I went in 3 weeks later because my brakes sounded like they needed to have any GR. They looked into it and said they were currently at a 2. Turns out they measured them incorrectly and they were trying to get me to resurface my sloted rotors. One they do not know anything about their vehicles. Jennifer Martinez the director is rude and condescending. Jennifer threatened to give my car back the way it was because I complained about them trying to resurface my rotors for me. Not only that they kept marking in the system that my car was a base Corolla for my oil change. If you can go to another dealer because they do not value their customers here at all. General Manager Dave as they insisted I reach out to NO HELP very argumentative. Do not waste your breath with any of the managers here I suggest go straight to cooperate.
