A fraudulent dealership website falsely claims to offer a complimentary shuttle service. However, upon personal interaction, the dealership’s offerings differ significantly. I DO not recommend taking your car here especially if you have any GR. I took my GR COROLLA here and the tech said my brakes were at a 7 I went in 3 weeks later because my brakes sounded like they needed to have any GR. I took my GR COROLLA here and the tech said my brakes were at a 7 I went in 3 weeks later because my brakes sounded like they needed to be replaced. They looked into it and said they were currently at a 2. Turns out they measured them incorrectly and they were trying to get me to resurface my sloted rotors. One they do not know anything about their vehicles. Jennifer Martinez the director is rude and condescending. Jennifer threatened to give my car back the way it was because I complained about them trying to resurface my rotors for me. Not only that they kept marking in the system that my car was a base Corolla for my oil change. If you can go to another dealer because they do not value their customers here at all. General Manager Dave as they insisted I reach out to NO HELP very argumentative. Do not waste your breath with any of the managers here I suggest go straight to cooperate. Today we have happily leased a brand new beautiful blue 2026 Corolla SE, and it was all thanks to Steve's hard work. We would not have been able to do it without him! Steve is both an excellent salesperson and a genuinely wonderful person. He is not one to push anything onto you or rush a deal. His motto of "Honesty, Transparency, and Integrity" is reflected in every interaction. Steve always looks out for what's best for his customers and consistently goes above and beyond for them.
