We have been Hamer Toyota customers for many, many years. In 2000 we bought 2 new cars. All services and repairs have been done at Hamer. Whether we make appointments or have an 'emergency' and need to have a repair right away we have always been helped quickly and efficently. For about the last 5 years, Mike has been our Service Manager. Each time we enter the service area, we have been acknowledged and made welcome. In all these years, we have not had to make a return visit because the first repair was not completed correctly. Mike always explains the procedures and prices so there are no surprises. Mike also makes sure that we are updated on any recall issues. Our car is serviced or fixed and ready to be picked up by the promised time. We accept the charges as being fair. More

I originally came in to get a lube job and was greeted by Mr Denson while waiting for them to complete it.Mr Denson did an excellent job on showing me exactly what Toyota had to offer and I ended up leaving Mr Denson while waiting for them to complete it.Mr Denson did an excellent job on showing me exactly what Toyota had to offer and I ended up leaving with a new car!This guy is great, he went straight to the point and gave me the best pricing.I found after talking to my friends and co-workers I feel Steve Denson is likely to be the biggest give away artist in the area.I will surely give Steve and Hamer Toyota my business in the future.Thanks again buddy! I've been coming to Hamer since I purchased my vehicle, the convenience from my home and friendly atmosphere kept me coming back. Hamer has been great my whole family has been going there for years. If it is buying a car or just taking it for a services the poeple at Hamer are alsway really nice. I have tried two other Toyota dealerships service deptments.. And Hammer has Mike.. Mike is open friendly person you can trust.. That's why I bring my three Toyotas to him.. Is there anything Toyota can do to keep their customer happy? My story, Warning Lights came on so I took it to the dealer on August 11th and notified the service supervisor that I won't be back unti happy? My story, Warning Lights came on so I took it to the dealer on August 11th and notified the service supervisor that I won't be back until the 18th for a vacation. On the day of pick up took my FJ home till I realized my GPS unit is missing, within 15 mins. drove back to the dealer and complained. Service supervisor says " We'll take care of you and since your car was here for 5 days it will take us some time to review the surveillance tapes, give us 5 days and we'll call you" 5 Days later no phone call from the dealer. So I called and spoke to the service supervisor around 3:30. and he threw me this "Well sir since you have signed the service disclaimer stating that we are not responsible for any missing personal belongings" so I said " oh I thought you guy's are reviewing tapes?" He replied "I was personally going to do that for you but I haven't have much time" So I ask a service manager or director to speak to. He said "Sir give me 30 min and I'll have him call you". My blood was boiling. So I calmed down and decided to go the dealer myself, then from a block away a phone call for the service director. I picked up and told him that I'm a block away. So I met with him and sat down in his office and made small talk. Then he asked "Sir what do you think is fair to you since you are partly responsible for leaving your stuff in your car?" I said " I just want my unit back, either you buy me one or give me cash for it", he replied "Well I don't think that is fair that you are laying it on us to go get you one, how do those unit cost now? $150 - $200? While he was looking online on ebay looking for prices, I said "I bought it for $400.00 when it came out and it is 2 years old now so I'm sure they way cheaper now? what do you think is fair?" , he replies " what I think is fair is since your unit is now used that we should only give you half price of a used one since you said it's 2 years old, I'd Say $75 or free service on your car." I was so furious at that moment but controlled myself and respectfully and calmly said "I believe I wasted my time for nothing, I am going to walk out now since you can't make me happy, thank you for your time."
